I am excited to be the Physical Education/Health Coach at Morningside Elementary and to be part of such a family oriented and dynamic community. Morningside is a wonderful place, and I feel together we can achieve greatness through positivity. I strive to produce a caring, safe, hardworking and engaging environment, which inspires students to believe in themselves and to do their personal best every day. I am originally from Jesup, Georgia where I attended Wayne County High School. I received my bachelor’s degree in education & Recreation from Georgia Southwestern State University and continued to grasp my master’s degree in administration & leadership in Early childhood education. I have been at MSES since 2020 teaching 3rd grade. I taught and coached middle/high school at a youth detention center where I really learned a lot and had the privilege of changing several lives and being an inspiration toward young students in desperate need. I’m truly blessed to be into the Houston County School system here at Morningside Elementary as the P.E. Coach and I am so excited and ready to get started with my new position. Outside of Coaching, I enjoy the time with my lovely wife Brittany, our beautiful baby girl Cadence and our handsome (dog) son Leo. I am a huge Florida State Seminoles fan even though I did not attend the university and I love spending time at the beach and just in general with our families.
