I have lived in Perry since 1985 and am a proud graduate of Perry High School.  I worked for several years in the insurance industry before returning to school to complete my degree in Education at Georgia Southwestern State University.  I have worked for the Houston County Board of Education for 15 years in different roles and am excited to begin my second year teaching kindergarten at Morningside.

I am a mom to a college age daughter, 2 cats, and a dog.  I love everything Disney and go as often as I can.  I believe in taking time to celebrate all my students accomplishments, big and small.  In my class we truly are a family, supporting each other.
